Bank Holiday Weekend - Tintagel Cornwall

We are fortunate enough to live all of about a hour away from Cornwall so we are regular visitors. If the pasties aren't a valid enough reason to visit the sights definitely are.

Our favourite place is a little town called Tintagel on the north side of Cornwall. If you want a gorgeous beach, a good rural location and incredible food you must visit Tintagel.

Whilst we were visiting this time we did a 7 mile coastal trek, the weather was lovely and warm, we had Ives In her carrier and we just plodded along for a few hours. I've added a few photos below but they really don't do it justice.

The crossbow pub do the most amazing cheese and onion pasties and theres a little ice cream shop across the road and well.. you haven't had ice cream until you've tried it from there.

We also visited Tintagel castle a few years ago (when I was blowing out my bum getting up the stairs) and thats worth a visit as well just for the views.
